Locum Band 6/7 Community Paediatric Occupational Therapist - Hampshire

JustOT is currently recruiting for an exciting locum opportunity for a Band 6 or Band 7 Community Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join a growing and dynamic private practice based in Hampshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with children, young people and young adults aged 2–25, delivering specialist occupational therapy assessments and interventions across a variety of settings.

The Role:

• Deliver specialist OT assessments and treatment for children and young adults aged 2–25.
• Provide community-based interventions within schools and clients' homes, as well as clinic-based appointments.
• Occasionally deliver online assessments and interventions.
• Support children and young people with a range of needs, including autism, sensory processing difficulties, learning disabilities and specific learning difficulties.
• Develop tailored, evidence-based intervention plans to support functional skills, independence and participation in everyday activities.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working within paediatric occupational therapy.
• Experience supporting children and young people with autism and sensory processing needs.
• Experience working with learning disabilities and co-occurring conditions.
• HCPC registration.
• Ability to work independently across community and clinic settings.
