Band 7 Paediatric Team Lead – Locum Opportunity | NW London

JustOT is currently recruiting for an experienced Band 7 Paediatric Team Lead to take on an exciting locum opportunity based in NW London.

We are looking for a confident and motivated Occupational Therapist with strong paediatric experience, a background in line management, and ideally, experience in service development.

The Role:

• Lead and support a paediatric therapy team.
• Manage complex paediatric caseloads and provide specialist clinical input.
• Provide line management, supervision and support to team members.
• Contribute to service development and the ongoing improvement of clinical services.
• Work collaboratively with families, colleagues and the wider multidisciplinary team.

Requirements:

• HCPC registration.
• Significant experience working within paediatric settings.
• Previous line management experience.
• Experience managing complex paediatric caseloads.
• Service development experience would be highly desirable.

Location: NW London

Band: 7

Hours: Full-time or part-time considered

Contract: Locum
