Band 7 Early Years Paediatric Team Lead Occupational Therapist – SE London

JustOT is currently recruiting for an experienced Band 7 Early Years Paediatric Team Lead Occupational Therapist to join a service in South East London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled paediatric OT with strong clinical leadership experience to lead the Early Years Occupational Therapy Pathway, supporting children aged 0–5 years with complex physical, developmental, sensory and learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical and operational leadership for the Early Years OT pathway.
• Oversee the assessment and intervention of children with complex needs.
• Support the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based, child-centred occupational therapy.
• Provide clinical guidance, supervision and support to team members.
• Work collaboratively with families, carers and the wider multidisciplinary team.
• Contribute to service development and the ongoing improvement of the Early Years pathway.

Requirements:

• HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• Significant paediatric occupational therapy experience, particularly within early years services.
• Previous clinical leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience supporting children with complex physical, developmental, sensory and learning needs.
• Excellent communication, organisational and multidisciplinary working skills.
