We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist  to work within our Case Management Team .

This role would involve:

•Carrying out moving and handling/manual handing risk assessments and interventions

•Making recommendations for major adaptations

•Carrying out seating assessments

•Provision of functional equipment (beds, transfer aids, specialist seating etc)

•Housing needs assessments
