We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Occupational Therapist to join our Adult Social Care team on an agency basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled practitioner with experience of managing complex cases, providing professional supervision, and supporting service development. You will undertake complex assessments, lead on risk management, oversee equipment and adaptation recommendations, and provide high-quality supervision, mentoring, and support to Occupational Therapists, support staff, and students.

Essential requirements:

HCPC registered Occupational Therapist

Experience within Adult Social Care or community OT services

Strong supervision, mentoring, and leadership skills

Experience managing complex cases, safeguarding, and risk

Knowledge of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and OT legislation

Experience of equipment provision, moving and handling, and housing adaptations/DFGs
