Senior Practitioner Occupational Therapist required to undertake assessment of children in the community - who experience physical disabilities, incl autistic spectrum disorder; Assessment for equipment, specialist seating, major/ minor adaptation, moving and handling and OT housing assessments; successful candidate would also have line managerial responsibilities for 2 Occupational therapists (who work with adult & children case load); experience in adult social care setting/ supervision therefore also required.
