Locum B7 Team Lead Occupational Therapist – South London
JustOT are recruiting for an experienced Band 7 Team Lead Occupational Therapist to join a therapy team in South London.
The Role:
- Manage a complex caseload using evidence-based, client-centred OT principles.
- Provide clinical leadership within a therapy huddle alongside OTs, PTs and Therapy Assistants.
- Provide supervision, competency support and appraisals for junior staff.
- Contribute to the planning, development and evaluation of therapy services.
- Take responsibility for designated projects and support ongoing service development.
Requirements:
- Band 7 NHS experience is essential.
- Strong experience within surgery and orthopaedics is essential.
- Previous team leadership and supervision experience.
- HCPC registration and relevant NHS experience.
