B6 Community Rehab Occupational Therapist – North London
JustOT are recruiting for a Band 6 Community Rehab OT to join a community team in North London.
Role details:
- Band 6
- 0.8 WTE – 30 hours per week
- Start: 1 October 2026
- Initial 3-month contract
- Community-based role
- Car driver/own vehicle required
The role:
- Provide high-quality OT care to patients and carers within the community
- Assess and manage patients with complex physical and psychological needs
- Develop and deliver individualised treatment and rehabilitation programmes
- Work with a diverse, multicultural population
- Provide OT cover across the service as required
Requirements:
- Previous community OT experience
- Experience working with older people and physical health
- HCPC registration
