We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist  to join our team.

Carry out bed rail reviews, ensuring equipment is safe, appropriate, and meets the needs of the individual.

Complete moving and handling reviews, assessments, and provide recommendations to support safe care practices.

Undertake home environment assessments and identify solutions to promote independence and reduce risk.

Complete transfer assessments and provide advice regarding safe moving and handling techniques.

Support the assessment, ordering, and provision of appropriate equipment and adaptations.

Triaging, ensuring requests are reviewed and managed effectively.

Complete proportionate care reviews to ensure support remains appropriate to the individual’s changing needs.

Work directly with clients in their own homes.

Liaise with service users, families, carers, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated support.

Maintain accurate records and contribute to effective clinical decision-making.
