B6 Acute Medicine Occupational Therapist – Ireland
JustOT are recruiting for a Band 6 Acute Medicine Occupational Therapist for a locum position in Ireland.
We are looking for an experienced OT to join an acute medical team, supporting patients through assessment, rehabilitation and discharge planning.
The Role:
- Assess and treat patients across acute medical wards
- Complete functional and occupational assessments
- Develop and deliver patient-centred treatment plans
- Support safe and timely discharge planning
- Work closely with the wider MDT
- Provide advice on equipment, mobility and ongoing care needs
Requirements:
- Relevant Occupational Therapy qualification
- Previous acute hospital/medical experience
- Strong discharge planning and MDT skills
- Current professional registration
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a busy team
