We’re looking for a Customer Services & Sales Manager to join our growing team, supporting the health and disability sector by promoting specialist products and services that help disabled, elderly and vulnerable people live more independently, safely and with greater quality of life.

A ROLE WITH FLEXIBILITY

Location: Home-based – Kent or Sussex

Hours: Flexible, Monday–Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm

Position: Full-time or part-time considered

Salary: Competitive salary + pension, depending on experience

Training: Full training and ongoing support provided

• Occupational Therapists

• NHS professionals

• Local Authorities and Adult Social Care teams

• Social Services

• Solicitors and legal professionals

• Healthcare and rehabilitation providers

• Members of the public

You'll listen to people's needs, understand their circumstances and help connect them with the right solutions.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

You'll be responsible for:

• Developing sales opportunities with new and existing customers

• Responding to enquiries and professional referrals

• Building long-term relationships with healthcare, social care and legal professionals

• Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions

• Managing leads and referrals professionally and promptly

• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey

• Maintaining accurate customer and sales records

• Working towards agreed sales and performance targets

• Attending occasional meetings, exhibitions and training events

You'll need previous experience in sales, business development or customer service, along with basic IT skills and the right to work in the UK.

You must also be resident in Kent or Sussex.

 HEALTH & SOCIAL CARE EXPERIENCE? EVEN BETTER.

We're particularly interested in candidates who have experience working with or alongside:

Occupational Therapists | Local Authorities | Adult Social Care | Social Services | NHS | Disability Services | Healthcare | Rehabilitation | Legal Professionals

Your understanding of these environments could be a major advantage.

 NO SPECIALIST SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE NEEDED

Don't worry if you haven't used our systems before.

We'll provide full training covering our products and services, sales processes, CRM systems, industry regulations and compliance.

You'll also receive ongoing professional development and support from a friendly, collaborative team.

You'll be dealing with genuine enquiries, referrals and relationships with customers and professional organisations.
