Locum Band 6 ICT Occupational Therapist – West Yorkshire
JustOT are recruiting for a Band 6 ICT Occupational Therapist to work within a specialist community team in West Yorkshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist looking for a locum role within an Integrated Care Team (ICT), supporting patients in the community and helping to promote independence and prevent hospital admission.
The Role:
- Band 6 Occupational Therapist
- Integrated Care Team / community setting
- Assessing and treating patients with a range of complex needs
- Completing functional assessments and developing individualised treatment plans
- Supporting safe discharge and admission avoidance
- Working closely with the wider MDT
- Managing your own caseload and prioritising workload effectively
Requirements:
- HCPC registration
- Previous NHS/community OT experience
- Band 6 level experience preferred
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car – essential
