Band 6 Community Paediatric Occupational Therapist
JustOT are currently recruiting for an experienced Band 6 Community Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join a Children’s Occupational Therapy Service in North London.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with children and young people aged 0–18 years, providing high-quality OT assessment and intervention across community, clinic and school settings.
The Role
- Manage a defined caseload of children and young people aged 0–18.
- Provide high-standard Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention.
- Work across community, clinic and school environments.
- Contribute to the planning, coordination, delivery and evaluation of the OT service.
- Lead on aspects of service improvement and quality initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with children, families, schools and wider professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
Requirements
- HCPC registration.
- Relevant Occupational Therapy qualification.
- Previous experience working in paediatric Occupational Therapy.
- Experience managing a varied caseload independently.
- Strong communication, clinical reasoning and MDT working skills.
- Community and/or school-based paediatric experience is desirable.
