B6/7 Specialist Equipment Paediatric OT – NW London
JustOT are recruiting for an experienced Band 6/7 Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join a specialist team supporting children and young people within a special needs school in NW London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an OT with strong paediatric experience and a particular interest in specialist equipment, postural management and complex needs.
The Role:
- Assessing children with complex physical and developmental needs
- Specialist equipment assessments and provision
- Postural management and seating
- Working closely with families, education staff and the wider MDT
- Supporting EHCP outcomes and promoting independence and participation
- Providing specialist OT advice, intervention and recommendations
Requirements:
- HCPC registration
- Relevant paediatric OT experience
- Experience working with children with complex needs
- Specialist equipment/seating experience desirable
- Strong communication and MDT skills
- NHS/community or school-based experience preferred
