JustOT are currently recruiting for an experienced Band 8a Complex Care Programme Case Manager/OT for a locum opportunity based in SE London.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a Complex Care Programme, supporting individuals across learning disability, autism and older people services.

The Role

As a Band 8a Case Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery and coordination of complex care, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and partner services to ensure individuals receive high-quality, person-centred care.

Requirements

• Band 8a-level experience within a complex care or case management setting
• Experience working with learning disabilities, autism and/or older people
• Strong multidisciplinary working and communication skills
• Ability to manage complex cases and coordinate care effectively
• Relevant professional qualification and registration where applicable
