Occupational Therapist – Double Handed Care Project

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our double handed care project on a full-time, ongoing basis. This is a 12-month project role, with the potential

for extension, focused on collaborating with our review team to deliver innovative care solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

● Deliver expert occupational therapy services specifically for the double handed care project.

● Perform comprehensive assessments and create bespoke care plans to maximize client independence.

● Train and support care staff to ensure effective implementation of care strategies.

● Regularly evaluate and adjust care plans in line with best practices.

● Maintain accurate records and conduct community visits.
