Band 6 Locum Occupational Therapist – Fatigue Management | Hampshire | Hybrid | 18 Hours Per Week

JustOT are currently recruiting for an experienced Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join a specialist fatigue management service in Hampshire. This is an exciting hybrid opportunity to work within a private practice setting, supporting adults living with chronic fatigue and long-term health conditions through a holistic, person-centred approach.

Working autonomously, you will deliver specialist fatigue management assessments and interventions using a biopsychosocial model. The majority of consultations will be delivered remotely via secure video and telephone platforms, with occasional attendance at the Hampshire office required.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver specialist assessments and personalised fatigue management interventions.
• Support adults with chronic fatigue and long-term conditions to improve function, participation and quality of life.
• Use a coaching-based, holistic and person-centred approach to treatment.
• Manage your own caseload independently while maintaining high clinical standards.
• Deliver interventions via Telehealth platforms, including video and telephone consultations.
• Contribute to service development, quality improvement initiatives and outcome evaluation.

Requirements

• HCPC registered Occupational Therapist.
• Previous Band 6 experience or equivalent clinical expertise.
• Experience supporting adults with chronic fatigue, persistent symptoms or long-term conditions.
• Confident working autonomously and delivering remote clinical interventions.
• Excellent communication, clinical reasoning and time management skills.
