We are seeking an experienced OT for a senior role with clinical responsibility for triage and referral prioritisation. Working closely with the Team Manager, you will:

Provide clinical leadership for triage activity

Support staff to prioritise referrals

Apply sound professional judgement, risk assessment and clinical reasoning

Promote early advice and signposting

Reduce unnecessary formal assessments where appropriate

Support person-centred decision-making

Work within relevant legislation

2 days remote, 3 days in the office, to be discussed further at interview
