Locum Band 6 Neuro/Stroke Occupational Therapist – West London
JustOT are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join a busy Neuro/Stroke team based in West London.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team, providing specialist assessment and rehabilitation for patients with neurological conditions and stroke.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of patients with neurological conditions and stroke.
- Complete comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and develop patient-centred treatment plans.
- Deliver specialist rehabilitation interventions to maximise patients' independence.
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to support effective discharge planning.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in line with HCPC and Trust standards.
Essential Requirements:
- HCPC registered Occupational Therapist.
- Previous NHS experience at Band 6 level.
- Experience working within Neuro and/or Stroke services.
- Excellent communication, organisational and clinical reasoning skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
