Location: Tortola, British Virgin Islands (with periodic travel to Virgin Gorda)

Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Salary

• Occupational Therapist I (0–2 years): US$55,000–US$60,000

• Occupational Therapist II (3–5 years): US$60,001–US$65,000

• Senior Occupational Therapist (5+ years): US$65,001–US$70,000

Our client is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and patient-focused Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality care to both adult and paediatric clients in outpatient, home, school, and community settings.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Treat adults with neurological conditions and children with developmental and neurological challenges.

• Provide interventions including upper extremity rehabilitation, cognitive rehabilitation, sensory integration, splinting, adaptive equipment recommendations, wheelchair and seating assessments, and home modifications.

• Collaborate with families, physicians, educators, and other healthcare professionals to achieve the best outcomes.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in multidisciplinary case management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Eligible for professional registration in the British Virgin Islands.

• Experience in adult neurological rehabilitation and/or paediatric developmental therapy is preferred.

• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and organizational skills.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between islands.

Exceptional candidates with specialized neurological, paediatric, or hand therapy experience may be considered at the upper end of the salary range.
