Our client is seeking a highly motivated Lead Occupational Therapist to join their dynamic and supportive team at a specialist school for children and young people aged 4–19 years with autism.

About the Role
This is an exciting Band 7 opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to lead the strategic development of the Occupational Therapy service while maintaining a clinical caseload of pupils with highly complex needs.
Working as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team—and as a valued member of the Senior Leadership Team—you will:
• Lead and support a small team of Occupational Therapists and Occupational Therapy Assistants.
• Deliver specialist assessments, intervention planning and evidence-based therapy.
• Promote pupils' independence and participation across school, home and community environments.
• Help shape and develop the Occupational Therapy provision in line with current best practice.
• Work alongside Speech & Language Therapists, Art Therapists, Therapy Assistants and a Clinical Psychologist-led Behaviour and Therapy Team.
