They are a small, close-knit team of highly experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapists who deliver neurodiversity-affirming, family-centred care from our two sensory clinic spaces in Camberley, Surrey and Grayshott, Hampshire, as well as in schools and the wider community.

They are seeking a compassionate and skilled Paediatric Occupational Therapist who wants to make a genuine difference to children and families and who values working in a supportive, collaborative environment. You’ll work both autonomously and as part of a nurturing team, supported by regular supervision and peer collaboration. Your work will span assessment, intervention, and family coaching, across clinic and community settings.
Job Role:
- Provide high-quality, holistic assessments using a range of standardised and non-standardised tools.
- Write clear, strength-based reports with practical recommendations for home, school, and community settings.
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group therapy sessions within our clinic spaces and in schools.
- Develop creative, goal-focused intervention plans in collaboration with families and children.
- Work closely with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistent, supportive strategies.
- Contribute to team projects, reflective practice, and service development.
- Strong skills in preparing clear, professional reports for multiple agencies, including actionable recommendations for families, schools, and other professionals.
- Ability to communicate sensitive information with empathy, building strong therapeutic relationships with children and families.
- Reflective practitioner with the ability to critically appraise own performance and integrate feedback into practice.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, including the ability to deliver training or coaching to colleagues, parents, and school staff.
- Sound understanding of clinical governance, safeguarding, and relevant legislation and guidance for protecting children and young people.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for travel to clinics, schools, and community settings.
Essential Qualifications Requirements
- A qualified and compassionate Occupational Therapist who shares our commitment to child-led, relationship-based, and neurodiversity-affirming practice.
- Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy
- Current HCPC registration and documented evidence of continuing professional development
- Additional short specialist courses relevant to paediatrics
- 2 years’ experience in paediatrics
