Major adaptations team (Independent Living Suffolk)

Job Information:

The tasks will include:
Providing safe and timely delivery of front-line occupational therapy services within the directorate
* Supporting with Triage and assessment for major adaptations via Disabled Facilities Grant
* Supporting external District and Borough Councils to provide appropriate adaptations and equipment to disabled people in their homes to support people to be as independent and as safe as possible
* Mutual aid to other OT areas as required
* Provide safe and timely delivery of OT assessments and reviews across the directorate.
