Rate: £36.54 per hour
Working Pattern: Full time, 36 Hours

Essential Requirements : HCPC registered , 3 years Social Services Experience

Job Description:
OT with 2 years plus social services experience or community equivalent, such as rapid response. Hybrid working - 3 days office/visits. Ability to manage a caseload of residents with complex needs. Requires strong Moving & Handling Skills & experience of assessing for major and minor adaptations.
