JustOT are looking to recruit a band 6 Community Occupational Therapist for a locum position with our client in Surrey.

The pay for this position is £21-£24 per hour, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible for an ongoing duration.

Job Description:
1. To undertake holistic OT assessment, clinical diagnosis and individualised treatment plans for patients on the caseload. These patients may have complex and/or chronic presentations and diagnoses, with varied rehabilitation potential, including palliative patients
2. To contribute to the inter-disciplinary working within the service, providing an effective, high quality day to day service provision to the active client group
3. To provide OT supervision, support and line management to junior staff, and mentorship to students
4. To support the case management process by providing expert clinical advice and therapy to patients with a variety of complex conditions living in the community who are at risk of deteriorating health that may result in declining quality of life or avoidable hospital admission to secondary care
5. To work with senior staff to develop a comprehensive service in partnership with Integrated Care Teams and all relevant stakeholders
6. To work on a rota basis within Intermediate Care covering 08:00-20:00, 7 days a week across the streams within the service.

Successful candidates must hold a degree in occupational therapy and be HCPC registered.
