Occupational Therapist Head of Therapy Department Permanent

Salary: AED 20,000-24,000 Monthly

Location: Dubai

Working In: Children's Centre

Our client work in collaboration with parents and professionals. Their Out-Reach Service is available at selected schools and nurseries in Dubai, facilitating and/or group therapy, supporting teachers and students with Special Education Needs (SEN).

Requirements:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field
• Has a Dubai Health Authority Licence or Eligibility Letter
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical role
• Experience in managing a multidisciplinary therapy team
  

Essential Criteria:

• Strong understanding of service delivery models, clinical supervision, and professional ethics
• Eligible to drive in the UAE and has use of own car
• Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to problem-solve and manage therapy service gaps effectively
• Experience in outreach and school-based therapy services
• Able to take advice and guidance from your manager and ensure excellent communication is practised for daily updates
  

Desirable Criteria:

• Experience in business development and marketing engagement within a healthcare setting
• Familiarity with UAE healthcare regulations and policies
• Experience in implementing new therapy programs or initiatives
• Proven record of staff training and professional development
  

Potential to learn:

• Developing expertise in financial and resource management within a therapy service
• Gaining experience in strategic planning and organisational growth
• Learning advanced data analysis and outcome measurement techniques for service improvement
• Expanding knowledge in technology for therapy services.
• Developing skills in policy-making and advocacy for therapy services
