Salary:
Band 6 (Spine Point 25-30)
* Inner London: £43,132 - £51,148 (FTE, 5 days/week, all year round)
* Outer London: £41,334 - £48,800 (FTE, 5 days/week, all year round)
Band 7 (Spine Point 31-36)
* Inner London: £52,290 - £58,702 (FTE, 5 days/week, all year round)
* Outer London: £49,945 - £56,357 (FTE, 5 days/week, all year round)

About the Client:
Our client is an Outstanding Specialist College (Ofsted, April 2025), providing life-changing educational opportunities to young people and adults with a wide range of special education needs and/or disabilities (SEND). With nine vibrant, community-based College Centres across London and Surrey, they support over 500 students with:
* Profound and multiple learning disabilities
* Communication and behavioural challenges
* Specific medical needs
Each student follows a tailored learning programme designed to foster independence, skills development, and personal achievement.

Your Role as an Occupational Therapist:
You will collaborate closely with students, families, teaching teams, and external professionals to create and deliver creative, student-centred interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promote person-centred practice focused on independence, dignity, and inclusion
* Deliver and assess Occupational Therapy interventions (e.g., sensory, seating, upper limb, and functional assessments)
* Independently manage a diverse caseload
* Contribute to EHCPs and multidisciplinary reviews
* Work collaboratively with professionals across education, social care, and health sectors
* Deliver training and support to staff and families
* Uphold standards in CPD, safeguarding, clinical governance, and college initiatives

Requirements:
* Degree or Graduate Diploma in Occupational Therapy
* UK HPC Registration
* Experience working with individuals (16+) with severe/profound learning disabilities and/or Autism
