JustOT are looking to recruit a band 6 Acute Occupational Therapist for a locum position with our client in Leeds.

The pay for this position is £20- £23 per hour, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible for an ongoing duration.

JOB PURPOSE The Acute Inpatient Service provides inpatient care, assessment and interventions to service users suffering from enduring mental health needs to enable increased independence and successful reintegration back into the community or further rehab services.
To provide Acute Inpatient based services that enable people to define, build and live a meaningful, independent and satisfying life.
The post holder will work in a way that promotes positive partnership working between all members of the Acute Inpatient service and its partners. They will have an excellent understanding of the principles of assessment and recovery and will practice clinically in a way that promotes therapeutic optimism and hope with service users
The post holder will participate as directed by the Band 7 Occupational therapy lead and other senior colleagues in the operational functioning of the Acute Inpatient Team.
