Candidates will require experience in Major and Minor adaptations (both adult and paediatric) and equipment provision

Laptop will be provided.
There will be some flex for home-working but they may be some office based working required

Pay Rate: £ £34.00 per hour
Full time - flexible working , working from home
Essential Requirements: HCPC Registered , Social Services Experience, car driver
