JustOT are recruiting for experienced, HCPC registered, Occupational Therapist to work with our well-respected client based in Wiltshire

We are looking for an Experienced Occupational Therapist to Work in Reablement to support hospital discharges.
Reablement offers Occupational Therapists a unique opportunity to work intensively with customers in their own homes on achieving their outcomes to enable greater independence.
You will cover the West Wiltshire area (Trowbridge, BOA, Melksham, Westbury, Devizes), with the main hub being County Hall in Trowbridge, although you will be working from home most of the time when not out and about.
