Stuart joined JustOT as a recruitment consultant 3 years ago and has made a big impact since joining the team and contributed massively to the growth of the desk.
Stuart is one of the fastest growing consultants in the company as he started from scratch having to build his own candidate and client database and is now regularly in the top five highest billers each week. Stuart is a very friendly and personable guy which has helped him to build such strong relationships which is a key factor in his great success as a recruitment consultant at JustOT.
We thought we would ask Stuart a few questions to help you get to know a little more about him…
What do you enjoy most about working for JustOT? The people are great to work with, everyone is so helpful and it creates a great working atmosphere. The JustOT team is brilliant, we are like one big family.
What is your career motivation? I am a very competitive person and I strive to be the best at everything I do and this translates in my working attitude, my aim is to be the biggest biller in the company.
What would you say is your strong point? My ability to build positive relationships with my candidates and clients and adapt to different situations and talking to people of all levels.
What is your most memorable moment within your role? I once army rolled over the BMS desk because I lost a bet or the time we did a squat competition and I split my trousers which was very embarrassing. But professionally my most memorable moment has to be when I became a Senior Consultant.
What has been your most challenging experience in your role? The changes to the capped pay rates has to be the biggest challenge as it is so much harder to find the best deals for my candidates.
What do you like to do in your spare time? I play a lot of football and spend most of my time socialising with friends. I love to travel and try to visit as many different countries as I can throughout the year. I am currently trying to grow my beard like my colleague Chris Chapman on the JustOT team, very unsuccessfully.
