Occupational Therapist –Bristol

Part time 18.75 hours per week (2½ days)

Salary £13,250 (FTE £26,500)

Based in Bristol this job is an opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a renowned private hospital.

The hospital located in Bristol offers its patients a tranquil environment for those receiving treatment for psychiatric problems which include general psychiatry, eating disorders and addictions.

As the Occupational Therapist working 2.5 days a week you will complement the existing Complex Care OT team, providing assessment and rehabilitation for patients with long term mental health needs that may be complicated by physical illness or disability. The post will also provide you with an opportunity for supervision of OT assistants, and joint working with the rest of the MDT.

To be considered for this you will be a qualified Occupational Therapist with current HPC registration and full BAOT membership. You will also possess previous experience of working within a specialised area i.e. addictions, neuro-rehab or eating disorders.
