A student of occupational therapy has been selected as the face of a new campaign intended to promote the profession across the UK.
Based at Sir Robert Peel Hospital in Tamworth, Lin Barnett features in the Hear My Story drive, 24dash reports.
Her face appears on buses across the country and bill boards in and around Birmingham.
Commenting on the development, she said: "As part of the campaign I have been interviewed on video discussing the uniqueness of the profession as well as the benefits and opportunities the discipline offers to its graduates."
She added that the campaign culminated with an open day during which she was able to extol the benefits of pursuing a career in occupational therapy to prospective students.
Ms Barnett is employed by South Staffordshire Primary Care Trust, which serves a population of around 604,000 people in the Staffordshire area and has an annual budget of £681 million.
