JustOT are recruiting for an experienced HCPC registered Principle Occupational Therapist, to work with our well-respected client based in the West Midlands

Main Purpose of the Job Role: To provide strong professional Occupational Therapy practice leadership across all operational areas of the service. To be a member of the Adult Social Care Senior Management Team.
To represent the Adult Social Care workforce at a strategic level to ensure service design and priorities are influenced by frontline OT practice experience.
To contribute to a quality assurance system with a focus on improving outcomes for adults with care and support needs.
To lead on learning and development and progression opportunities for the OT/OTA offer across Adult Social Care and work with managers to ensure that regular supervision, training, and development occurs.
To take a leadership role in partnership working with other agencies as we develop an integrated approach to service development, working across Integrated Community Services to ensure services promote independence.

The pay rate for this role is £35.86 per hour.

Hours & Days to be Worked: 37 hours per week Number
Working Location: Hybrid - minimum of 2 days per week in the office - Ability/Willingness to travel from location to location
Essential Requirements : HCPC registered , Social Services Experience, car driver
