JustOT are looking to recruit a band 8A Reablement Occupational Therapist for a locum position with our client in London.

The pay for this position is £50 per hour, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible for an ongoing duration.


Reablement Service Manager required

To support the strategic direction of the service and anticipate changes influencing the services both internally and externally, evaluating risk and opportunities and putting appropriate plans into action.
To deliver high performing, cost effective services for Adults, Older People, their families and carers. Leadership role in the development of a staff culture that ensures a professional, collaborative person-centred approach to activity and values strong partnership working and co-production.
Ensure that reasonable care is always taken for the health, safety and welfare of yourself and other persons, and to comply with the policies and procedures relating to health and safety within the service.
To seek appropriate support as necessary.
To deliver key service and departmental performance targets whilst maintaining and improving quality Along with the Head of Service to effectively manage salary and purchasing budgets.

Successful candidates must hold a degree in occupational therapy and be HCPC registered.
