JustOT are looking to recruit a band 6 Community Social Services Occupational Therapist for a locum position with our client in Berkshire.

The pay for this position is £38 per hour, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible for an ongoing duration.

We are looking for a Qualified Occupational Therapist to join us until March 2024 to help with the screening/duty function in the team, manage case loads and reduce the waiting list.
The Advice and Wellbeing Hub is a busy, supportive and friendly team, working with people of all ages and backgrounds and their families and carers. The Advice and Wellbeing Hub uses a Conversations Count strengths-based model to promote choice and control and achieve excellent outcomes.
As an Occupational Therapist you will be able to identify where the person may benefit from reablement, or other interventions such as seating or adaptations, and will apply a strength-based approach to maximise their independence.
Using a strengths-based approach and your unique OT skill set you will support individuals to find solutions, promote wellbeing and healthy occupations through a variety of interventions including provision of equipment, adaptations, moving and handling, goal planning. You will work closely with care providers, Housing Services and Health colleagues.
Successful candidates must hold a degree in occupational therapy and be HCPC registered.
