JustOT are looking to recruit a band 6 Community Occupational Therapist for a locum position with our client in Berkshire.
The pay for this position is £38 per hour, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible for an ongoing duration.
Experienced OTs required for a 6 month project to reduce waiting times in the Advice and Wellbeing Hub -'front door'. We are seeking staff who can work at pace and undertake proportionate assessments to establish Care Act eligibility or to secure appropriate equipment/tech response to address needs, working as a discreet team within the wider A&WH team.
The team will be working on a backlog of referrals which have built over a four month period due to increased demand on services. SW and OTs will have access to supervision and a Team Manager for oversight and allocations and will have the support of the wider team to ensure our systems/processes and resources are fully understood. Workers are required as soon as possible to enable the project to begin.
Successful candidates must hold a degree in occupational therapy and be HCPC registered.
