JustOT are looking to recruit a band 6/7 Admission Avoidance Occupational Therapist for a locum position with our client in Hertfordshire.
The pay for this position is £20-£27 per hour, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible for an ongoing duration.
Working Pattern: Part time or full time, Mon - Fri, shifts are flexible including 8-4, 9-5, 8-6 or other hours within this considered
SPECIFIC SKILLS:
* To be part of an integrated health care team; to provide clinical leadership and support to the multidisciplinary team in providing care to avoid inappropriate admissions to hospital, support early hospital discharge and work with a core community caseload.
* Experience on a broad rotational scheme.
* Working as an autonomous practitioner.
* Experience of teaching others
* Experience of participating in investigation/management of complaints.
* Evidence of participating in clinical audits in the workplace.
* Hold a full, valid, UK driving licence and have access to a car to use for business purposes
Successful candidates must hold a degree in occupational therapy and be HCPC registered.
