JustOT are recruiting for Two experienced, HCPC registered, Community Occupational Therapist to work with our well-respected client based in South London

The successful candidate will have experience in
Intermediate Care.
This post is customer facing in the borough of Southwark and cannot be carried out as a working-from-home assignment but requires face to face home visits for functional assessments as well as office-based time in Peckham.
Provide professional occupational therapy services within a busy Reablement and Urgent Response service. Undertake and review assessments of users in consultation with other health professionals. To provide aids and rehabilitation for people with disabilities. Recommend suitable equipment and adaptations to users' homes to maximise independent living skills. Work as part of an MDM within a fast-paced short term Intermediate Care Team.
We are offering highly competitive rates of pay and would consider part time working.

Pay Rate: £33.95 per hour
Full Time/ Flexible hours
Essential Requirements: HCPC registration, Social Services Experience
