JustOT are looking to recruit an experienced Band 6 Community Occupational Therapist on behalf of our popular client based in Southampton.

Specific Skills:
Has to be car driver and have access to a car for working duties.
Experience with community working.

Specific Skills:
-The Integrated Community Team model aspires to provide a responsive, safe effective caring service that is well led. The team is commissioned to reflect the needs of the local community. Service aims include providing a local point of access, proactive case management and adoption of a co-produced approach with patients and service users. The Integrated Community Team, whilst operating from a local hub, delivers a joined up approach across a specific locality, to deliver excellence in care and engages with all practices and wider stakeholders in the locality.
-The primary role of the Senior OT is to provide strong holistic leadership to the team and support the Clinical Team Lead (band 7). To include day to day leadership responsibilities, development and creative leadership, responsive leadership, enabling the team to achieve a 'well led' culture.
The Senior OT in conjunction with a wide range of clinical colleagues and specifically, GP's, Practice Nurses and Social Care professionals, will lead and facilitate a patient or client focused, co-ordinated case
