JustOT are looking to recruit an experienced Band 6 Community Occupational Therapist on behalf of our popular client based in Wallingford.

The role has been described as follows:
Role is visiting patients in the community either on a two hour, two day or routine pathway. This involves seeing people with a range of different conditions.

* Provide meaningful and purposeful activity and reduce the impact of occupational deprivation on residents
* Assessment of residents performance in activities
* To improve residents performance in activities (leisure, self-care, productivity) by either developing skills or adapting and grading activity to meet their needs
* To adapt and grade all areas of the TC+ program to meet individual learning styles
*Facilitation of TC interventions group
*Community meeting attendance
*Report Writing
*Team meetings (Sensitivity and Business)
*1:1 Wing supervision
*1:1 OT Supervision
*Monthly OT Sensory Support meeting
*Mandatory Training as required by HMP and NHS
