JustOT are recruiting for an experienced, HCPC registered, Senior Practitioner Occupational Therapist to work with our well-respected client based in East London

To provide clinical leadership, training, supervision and support to junior staff (including OT and other staff) through the use of professional expertise, skills and advice to ensure effective service provision in line with agreed policies, procedures and practices - To autonomously manage all clinical and professional aspects of complex case work, where appropriate, using evidence based OT assessment, intervention, planning and reviewing/evaluation skills - To support the Team Manager to deliver the key strategic aims of the organisation in order to ensure the citizens of Tower Hamlets have access to a high quality, effective service that maximises people's independence - To contribute to the operational and strategic management of the team, to support the Team Manager - Identify people at risk of abuse, harm or neglect (safeguarding) and contribute to ensuring their safety through overseeing the application of the Tower Hamlets safeguarding policy and procedures

Pay Rate: £41.04 per hour
