Just OT are recruiting for experienced, HCPC registered, Community Occupational Therapist to work with our well-respected client based in Herefordshire

Experience in
Major adaptations, as part of an initiative to decrease waiting times for major adaptations assessments and reviews.
Good knowledge of DFG eligibility and processes is required, along with experience in assessing for the full range of major adaptations to provide access to relevant facilities in clients own homes.

Pay Rate: £27.41 per hour
Full Time/ Flexible hours
Essential Requirements: HCPC registration, Social Services Experience
