We are looking for an experienced Band 6 occupational therapist with experience in falls for our client's community rehab team based in London.

Position: Band 6 OT
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing
Hours: Full Time

The job requirements are:
* Be responsible for own caseload
carrying out falls specific assessments and interventions to clients referred to Day Hospital and Falls Prevention Clinic.
* The post holder should have a good understanding of the needs of older people having regard to common health issues, and the ageing process as well as a good understanding of the Diversity.
* Have a good understanding of current best practice in relation to falls
* To promote the relevance of activities for older people to other agencies on behalf of the service.
To be responsible for running a falls specific MDT clinic in the community

To be considered for this role, you must be a fully qualified Occupational Therapist with proven experience working in the community. Post graduate experience and HCPC registration is essential.
