JustOT are recruiting for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist who is looking to work in the London region.

Job role: Band 6 OT - ASAP - Ongoing
Rates: £24-£27 p/h

More about the role:
Join a fantastic, supportive multidisciplinary team that work collaboratively to complete comprehensive geriatric assessments and support the rapid discharge of older people with frailty from the front door of the hospital. The role will include independent completion of the comprehensive geriatric assessment, functional, cognitive and mobility assessments and comprehensive discharge planning and liaison with community teams across a number of boroughs. The team is really supportive and provides great induction and support during your time.

Experience required:
-NHS experience
-Acute Medicine experience (either on AMU/AAU, ED, CDU or in Rapid Assessment services in the community)
-Experience working with older people with frailty

Must wear a uniform
