Justot is recruiting for an innovative and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist, to work for a specilaist school in Sutton and Carshalton. You will be required to work with children aged 11-19 years old, with disorders including severe and mild disabilities which include, autism, Asperger's, dyslexia and dyspraxia.

Paediatrics
(Full-Time) Term time only 40 weeks per annum
Band 6/7 - £25000 to £34000 pa

Their schools include their own dedicated curriculum access team, comprising of speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, psychology and music therapy. The position will involve:
*Being dynamic, innovative and flexible
*Group and individual therapy and class based work
*Carrying out assessments where required
*Delivering in-service training where required
*Strong MDT approach

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist who:

Is highly motivated, passionate, dynamic and flexible
Has experience of working with young people aged 11 to 19 with special needs, including autism and Aspergers syndrome
Has highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
Has experience of working in a multidisciplinary team within a school environment
Is seeking to develop their skills and knowledge in working with young people with an autism spectrum disorder

You will need to have HPC registration, be a member of BAOT, hold a Bachelor or Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy, and have proven post graduate paediatric experience.
