JustOT are recruiting for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist who is looking to work in the Surrey region.

Position: Learning Disabilities
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 3-4 Months
Hours: 29 Hours Per Week

Our client is looking for a part time Band 6 Occupational Therapist Working with 18-25 year olds with learning and physical disabilities.
*4 days (29hrs) per week, term time only.
*must have experience working with individuals with sensory processing difficulties
*Experience carrying out manual handling and seating assessment including prescription of specialist equipment
*Supporting students with skill development
*Excellent communication skills
*Ability to work autonomously as well as part of team
*Experience writing EHCP and reports

Previous experience of working with learning disabilities is required.

The candidate will be working with 18-end of life.

The role will include report writing, intervention planning and provision, evaluation.
attending senior meetings
Joint MDT working within Learning Disabilities Team and Health and Social Care.
Liaising and supporting local care providers.
