JustOT are recruiting for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist who is looking to work in the London region.

To effectively manage occupational therapy provision that is responsive to the needs and priorities of the Learning Disability Service.

To ensure a cost-effective and streamline occupational therapy care pathway for service users, that facilitates timely and safe discharge through and from the Learning Disability service.

To provide the Learning Disability multidisciplinary team (MDT) with an occupational therapy service and expertise; this will include individual and group work, assessment, intervention and evaluation in accordance with the College of OT Code of Ethics.

Specific to assessment the Occupational Therapist (OT) will utilise MOHO evidence-based assessment tools in order to establish a baseline functional assessment from which recommendations can determine further ongoing care and treatment to enable optimum functioning.
