JustOT is recruiting for 3 Senior Occupational Therapist to be regional managers for the UK's leading provider of Community Equipment Services. They company deliver complete end-to-end services through all stages of equipment provision and recycling. You will be based in one of 3 locations the North, Midlands or the south of England.

Senior Occupational Therapist Regional Manager
North/Midlands/ South England
Salary Range: £38,000 - £45,000 DOE
Speciality: Community social services
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: Full time (37.5 hrs)

They are looking for highly motivated senior OT to oversee up to 5 sites in their area looking after teams of community OTs. Their services allow people to remain in their homes, this helps prevent extended hospital stays, allowing the NHS to deliver frontline care where it is needed most.
You must be confident and driven to work autonomously to oversee the sites and help drive services forward and make sure the end user is receiving an optimum service.

Occupational Therapist Keys Skills and competencies include:
*BSc (Hons) Degree in OT / Diploma equivalent and Registration with HCPC
*Relevant experience of working within Health or Social Care
*Experience of managing teams of staff.
*Specialist knowledge and setting up of equipment and specials
*Experience of managing a caseload, conducting Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention including moving and handling assessments
*Experience of working with a range of partner organisations, particularly domiciliary care agencies
*Strong written and verbal communication, organisation, time management and IT skills
*Ability to prioritise your work, reflect and critically appraise own performance

*Experience of working within a health and/or social care setting
*Experience of supervision of staff
*Effective written and verbal communication skills
