Working Pattern: Mon- Fri, 9-5

This role is a mental health practitioner role. The candidate must demonstrate a good level of knowledge of this patient group.

They will manage a caseload of older people with Mental Health needs. The service is an integrated service with Social Services, therefore we perform care management duties/ tasks following the social care pathway.

We have a team of warm, friendly, committed and highly skilled multi- disciplinary professionals. Supervision and support will be provided.
